    This new publication from Advancing Education for school councils will provide a hands-on workbook, which will lead school councils to establish structure, and processes, which will focus them on school improvement efforts.   The manual is designed to be used in its entirety in a training session or in sections during school council meetings to improve the school council’s effectiveness.

bullet Communication Plan for communicating with stakeholder
bullet Examples of plans will be provided

Two instruments will be available for school councils, one which assesses characteristics of effective school councils and one which assesses the communications of school councils.
